Artec Care

  • In the event of accidental drop and damage of a scanner, customer will be required to pay $500  service fee and Artec will take care of the rest.
  • Artec will cover up to 2 (two) incidents of accidental damage every 12 months.
  • Available for Eva, Eva Lite, Space Spider, Leo (units produced starting from 2022) – one fixed price for every model!
  • Works only in combination with a valid (original or extended) warranty, has to be purchased on the same day with a scanner or warranty extension
  • Once paid, cannot be cancelled and/or partially or fully refunded.
